Admission Details

Admission is open to students who fulfill
the required terms and conditions.
·
Admission will be granted
on purely merit basis.
·
Copies of the certificates
and photographs will not be returned if admission is refused.
·
Admission is liable to be
cancelled if the student fails to pay his/her dues within the prescribed
time. Similarly, if a student fails to submit the required documents
within the prescribed time, his/her admission shall be cancelled.
·
Students as per rules are
promoted to the next class just after the completion of Board/
University Examination. In this connection, they are required to get
themselves enrolled for the next class by depositing the college dues as
prescribed by the College Administration, immediately after the exams.
Students desirous of appearing in the Supplementary Board/University
Examinations are required to get the college dues clearance before the
issuance of Roll No. Slips.

Dues once deposited are not
refundable/transferable in any case.
·
Admission form must be
filled in by the candidate in his/her own handwriting.
Admission
restrictions for certain categories
·
The students who could not
pass their examination, SSC/Inter/Degree
·
The students who have
passed their examination more than one year ago.
·
The students who indulge in
illegal political activities and organizations
·
The students who failed in
the 3rd Year Annual Examination.
·
The students who have bad
character and have indulged in prohibited negative harmful activities
such as strikes, protests, quarrels etc.
·
Over age students. Age
limit is:
Admission in 1st Year 18 years
Admission in 3rd Year 21 years
Admission in 5th Year 26 years
The Applicant and his parent/guardian solemnly undertake and declare as
under:
- We have read and understood all provisions of the College Rules, Regulations, Policies and Guidelines particularly those contained in the Prospectus and this Admission Form and hereby undertake to abide by them as binding provisions of a contract between ourselves and the College Administration.
- The particulars given in the Admission Form are correct to the best of our knowledge and belief. If at any time, any of these particulars or attached documents prove to be incorrect, bogus or forged, the College reserves the right to take any disciplinary, administrative or legal action against the Applicant.
- This application for admission to the College is being made with the express consent of the undersigning parent/guardian.
- If admitted, the Applicant shall observe and abide by all the Rules, Regulations, Policies and Guidelines as may be promulgated by the College Administration from time to time and in case of non-compliance shall be liable to such penalty as may be prescribed by the College Administration, including but not limited to rustication and expulsion.
- The Applicant shall devote himself/herself whole-heartedly to the studies and maintain the dignity and prestige of the College within and outside the College premises.
- The Applicant shall not leave the College without the written permission of the Principal and shall pay all the dues before leaving the institution.
- The Applicant and his/her parent/guardian specifically agree that they shall have no objection if due to any act or omission of the Applicant/Student, resulting in breach of the College Rules, Regulations, Policies or Guidelines, the College Administration takes disciplinary, administrative or legal action against the Applicant/Student, including but not limited to rustication, expulsion (both provisional and permanent), withholding of the Applicant's/Student's Examination Admission Form for the Board/University examinations, withholding of release of Board/University Examination Roll No. slip or non-issuance of the Examination Result Card/Transcript. The decision of the College Administration in this regard shall be final and binding. In case the College Administration is compelled to take legal action under this clause, the Applicant/Student/ Parent/Guardian shall also be liable to pay the legal costs sustained by the College.
Fee Details
Fee Rules:
·
Every student should have to
pay fee for 24 months, beginning from 1st May of every session.
·
Refundable dues will also be
collected along with the admission fee. While leaving the college one must
clear all his dues. Refundable dues such as library Security can be
collected from the college office, within the limit of 6 months after the
declaration of the results.
·
Fee and Fund once paid cannot
be withdrawn in any condition.
·
A fixed breakage fee will be
received from the students electing Science, Geography and Statistics as
their subjects.
·
Re-admission Fee will be Rs.
500.
·
An additional fee of Rs. 300
per month will be charged from the students of this shift.
·
Mosque will be Rs. 100 only
for Muslim Students.
·
College ID Card fee is Rs.
50.00 (once a session)
Fee Concession/ Scholarship
·
The deserving students of the
college can get their scholarships announced by the Govt./ Board/
university.
·
Ten percent of the total
students, who are poor/ deserving, can get half fee concession.
·
The favor of fee-concession
can be withdrawn if the student fails in examination or his performance in
the studies is not encouraging or he shows bad character/ attitude or he
takes part in politics, protests or indulge in harmful activities.
·
Fee-concession is only for
able, hardworking students who show good character.
·
No student can get two
concessions at a time.
·
A student can apply for fee
concession after his admission. The Students’ welfare committee will issue
a notice. The poor and deserving students will apply on the prescribed
forms.
·
The Principal can issue Red
Cross Fund for the deserving students to purchase books and uniform etc.
on the recommendations of Students’ Welfare Committee. Meanwhile, the
students showing good performance in academics/ discipline can be
supported to pay Board/ University Examination fee. The applications of
the Zakat deserving students will be sent to District/ Provincial Zakat
Committee with recommendations.

If
and elder brother of sister of any student is studying in this college or
any other college or university and paying full fee then he/she will be
given half fee concession. To have this facility it is necessary to
present a certificate by the elder brother/sister’s for full payment of
fee. This concession will be cancelled in case bogus or false in
formations is given.
Fee
Concession for Teacher’s Son
According to the Govt. rules, teacher’s son
will get fee concession if the teacher belongs to Grade 1 to Grade 15
category. The eldest son will get full fee concession and the younger one
half, at the time of admission.
A teacher’s son should submit his
application to in-charge Students’ Welfare Committee supported by these
documents.
Application by the student on plain paper to the Principal

Original Service Certificate of Father/ Mother duly attested by
D.E.O/ D D.E.O/ in case of appointment in Primary or Middle School.
Headmaster can attest High School Teacher’s Service Certificate

An attested copy of National Registration Form B
